Would you like to learn to recognise and use Reiki?

Learning the Reiki system is the start of a deeply personal journey.

First we learn how to recognise the Reiki and how we can intentionally use it to help us, and then we learn how we can use Reiki to help others.

The successful practice of Reiki allows you to invest in yourself and achieve more of a state of balance in your life in every way. The intention is that if you can harmonise your energy system you are putting your body in the best possible position to heal itself on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The beneficial effects of Reiki build cumulatively and develop over time. To reach our full potential we follow the Reiki principles which help us to remove any resistance that is holding us back from our true power and connection.

I offer personalised certificated training one to one, just you and me, so that I can support you fully and completely on your path of discovery.

Progressing through the Levels of Reiki is not just so that you can become a professional Practitioner, most people who learn Reiki do so for their own personal development and growth. How far you progress with the system and how much time you invest in working with Reiki is entirely up to you. You can move on at your own pace and in your own time and I will support you.

There are 3 levels to the Reiki teachings:

Reiki Level 1 - First Degree - Shoden

We focus on self practice - we learn how to recognise the Reiki and use it in our everyday life and on friends and family.

We do Level 1 in 4 x 4 hour sessions - a total of 16 hours teaching.

Reiki Level 2 - Second Degree - Okuden

We expand our knowledge and practice - we learn how to give Reiki to others. We work with the Reiki symbols. At this practitioner level, after completion of case studies you are able to be insured to practice Reiki professionally if you wish.

Level 2 is acheived in 4 sessions of 4 hours - a total of 16 hours teaching.

Reiki Level 3 - Third Degree - Shinpiden

We further expand, evolve and develop - we gain further symbols and can become Reiki Master Teacher. We learn how to pass on the Reiki knowledge and to teach and attune others to Reiki.

Level 3 is completed in 4 sessions of 4 hours - a total of 16 hours teaching.
