Your first reflexology appointment with me will include a health and wellbeing consultation. I will take a short medical history to help me learn more about you and how you would like reflexology to help you. This will enable me to personalise your treatment.
I will ask you to sign a consent form agreeing to the treatment. All personal details disclosed, both written and verbal, will remain secure and completely confidential.
The full reflexology treatment will take approximately one hour and during this time you will be able to enjoy the treatment whilst relaxing in a reclining Lafuma chair.
The only clothing you will need to remove is your shoes and socks.
