Your First Appointment

Your first appointment with me will include a new client health and wellbeing consultation. I will take a short medical history to help me learn more about you and how you would like reflexology / reiki  /  therapeutic sound to help you. This will enable me to personalise your treatment to your individual requirements.

I will ask you to sign a consent form agreeing to the treatment. All personal details disclosed, both written and verbal, will remain secure and completely confidential.

The full treatment will take approximately one hour and during this time you will be able to enjoy the experience whilst relaxing in a reclining Lafuma zero gravity chair.

The only clothing I may ask you to remove is your shoes and socks.
